I forgot my rucksack (mochilla) on the bus and only realised 15 minutes later. I phoned and this was immediately resolved, the bus driver returned it within another 10 minutes. I probably would not been as lucky with an ordinary taxi or on the bus...

Reasonably happy with service provided but language barrier on some occasions can be problematic. Price wise is also a little on the high side when compared with some other services...
